Fudgy cocoa brownies with andes mint candies!
All you need is one large mixing bowl in order to make these.
Whisk together the eggs and sugar.
Then mix in the melted butter, extracts, and oil.
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add half of the batter, add the candies, then the rest of the batter.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Once cooled, add the rest of the candies and drizzle on the chocolate.
Each bite it ooey gooey and super fudgy!
